Polyshot Offering Contract Plate Fusion Services
in Share on Linkedln techno Technorati techno DIGG this email E-mail Facebook Facebook

Polyshot's core technology for manifold construction is Plate Fusion, which allows the joining of 2 or more manifold layers to be fused together. This process creates manifolds with perfectly round, smooth flow paths with broad sweeping internal radii. This technology completely eliminates the need to have abrupt 90 degree turns and turn plugs in a manifold system. Polyshot is the only company in the world that builds 100% of its systems in this manner.

Over time Polyshot has been approached by moldmakers and other hot runner manufactures to offer them this service, and as a result Polyshot has Plate Fused many manifolds, mold cores and mold cavities for a growing list of customers.

Polyshot now is offering this service on a contract basis to all who would like to take advantage of it. If you would like to contact Polyshot about a project that you would like to be fused, email us at  sales@polyshot.com
