Heater Thermocouple Replacement

How to install a heater and thermocouple
in a 050M or MS75 nozzle.
Inserting thermocouple through hole
into nozzle.
Tapping thermocouple into the slot.
Insert two heater leads through nozzle hole.
Fit tapered heater on tapered nozzle.
Insert tapered heater sleeve over tapered nozzle
heater assembly.
Apply silver anti-seize paste to thread of retaining
nut.
Thread retaining nut onto nozzle assembly.
Tighten "finger tight." | back
