I appreciate the follow up. Once again Polyshot has come through for us with flying colors. We spend a considerable amount of time dealing with the other ITW Plants, both here in the states and in off shore applications. Your group and its reputation continues to be a strong discussion topic and all of the conversation is positive. Jeff Scholma and I were reviewing our manifold base just this week and we both agreed that Polyshot has the top spot hands down. We run Synventive, Husky, Incoe, DME, and we even had a Plasthing at one point, you guys still take the top spot. Your service, tech support, and personnel are top flight, and again, we appreciate everything you guys do for us.
I have not registered for the show yet, but I would love to come and see you guys at the show. I will see if I can get registered and try to make the show, but if not, keep up the great work.

Our experience with PolyShot began
about three years ago. A Polyshot salesman
was here on unrelated business and overheard
us talking about hot runners for flexible PVC.
He heard us and suggested that we try Polyshot.
We were skeptical but made a deal. The
deal was that we would try a hot sprue first,
if this didn't work we wouldn't have to pay for
it. The application did work and we now have
three Polyshot hot runner systems. We are very
pleased with the stability of their systems and
excellent service. In the future we will not
hesitate buy their systems and will suggest Polyshot
hot runner systems to others in the plastic business.

We have been working with Polyshot
for over five years now. They have provided
us with many systems over that period of time.
Several 8 cavity hot halves, many 4 cavity hot
halves, two 8 drop micromolding systems , two
4 drop micromolding systems, two multitip systems
for micromolding applications and four microbushing
hot sprues. All of these systems have one
thing in common. They went in and ran the first
time and we never saw them again.
Our experience with Polyshot is truly unique. Unique in the sense that they are
very eager to satisfy our requests. We have dealt with all the major hot runner
manufacturers and NONE of them provide the service that we have been getting
from Polyshot. We look forward to our next project with them.

Back on Friday, August 13th, we ran into some issues with the hot runner system. Tommy Wagner contacted Doug and asked for some help in resolving the problem. Thanks to the Polyshot team, the problem was fixed by that Sunday night and we were able to sample the tool early on Monday.
